Client experience
How the Kwill Inbox works: one conversation per project, attaching files and forms, internal notes your client cannot see, and what lands there automatically.
In the portal: Inbox
Filter by All, Unread, Starred, Snoozed, Archived or Trash, and by the labels Follow up, Urgent, Waiting on client and Reviewed. The sidebar badge counts unread items.
The client sees it instantly in their portal and gets an email. If you send several messages in a row they get at most one email per project every 10 minutes; you get an email for every client message.
Switch from Reply to Internal note to write something only you and your team can see. You can also star, snooze, label, archive, mark unread, forward, or delete a conversation to Trash and restore it from there.
