Accessibility at Kwill
We're committed to making Kwill's website and product experiences accessible to everyone, including people using assistive technologies.
Our Accessibility Commitment
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target. Accessibility is part of how we design and build — not an afterthought.
Keyboard accessibility
All interactive elements are designed to be reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus states.
Screen-reader support
We use semantic HTML, proper headings, labels, and descriptive text so screen readers can navigate content accurately.
Color contrast
We design with sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds so content is readable for everyone.
Focus states
Focus indicators are visible across the site so keyboard users always know where they are.
Forms and interactive elements
Forms include labels, helpful error messages, and accessible validation so they can be completed with assistive technology.
Responsive layout
Pages are designed to work across screen sizes and zoom levels without losing content or function.
Current Accessibility Status
We build the site and product with accessibility in mind and test our work as part of development. We have not yet completed an independent audit, and we do not claim conformance with a specific WCAG level.
Known limitations
As with any product, there are areas we continue to improve. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site or in the product, please let us know. We treat those reports seriously and work to address them.
Report an Accessibility Issue
If you find something that doesn't work well for you, email us at hello@getkwill.com. Please include:
- A description of the accessibility issue
- The page or location where you encountered it
- The assistive technology or browser you were using (optional)
We'll review your report and do our best to respond promptly.
