Message clients from the Inbox
How the Kwill Inbox works: one conversation per project, attaching files and forms, internal notes your client cannot see, and what lands there automatically.
Client experience
Keep client calls and deadlines in the Kwill calendar, publish a booking page so clients can book a call, or point Kwill at Calendly or another external scheduler.
In the portal: Calendar
Two AI helpers are available: "Add event" takes plain English such as "Client call with Acme Thursday 2pm", and "Plan my day" suggests a schedule for your tasks.
Kwill does not send reminder notifications for calendar events — "Reminder" is a colour category only. Syncing with Google or Outlook calendars, guests and video join buttons are not available.
Calls are 30 minutes long, must be booked at least 2 hours ahead, and can be booked up to 30 days ahead. Visitors see times in their own timezone.
When someone books through the public page, Kwill adds a 30-minute call to your calendar, finds or creates the client by email, adds a Prospect deal to your pipeline with their message as notes, and puts a "New booking" item in your Inbox.
Under "Use an external scheduler", paste your booking URL — from Calendly or any other tool — and click Save Scheduling. While it is set, your Kwill booking page and portal send people there instead. The button label, "Book a call" by default, is used on the booking button in your client portal.
